US Bureau of Industry and Security Requests Comments on Impact of Chemical Weapons Convention on Commercial Chemical Activities

The US Bureau of Industry and Security is seeking public comments on the impact of the Chemical Weapons Convention on commercial chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical activities involving 'Schedule 1' chemicals, as required by the Chemical Weapons Convention Implementation Act and the Chemical Weapons Convention Regulations, in order to prepare an annual certification to Congress on the potential harm to legitimate commercial interests.
