SEC Makes Technical Amendments to Enforcement Rule

The Securities and Exchange Commission is updating its rules to clarify the authority granted to the Director of the Division of Enforcement, removing references to the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 and updating references to the Securities Act of 1933.
