NMFS Proposes Critical Habitat Designation for Arctic Ringed Seal

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposal to designate critical habitat for the Arctic subspecies of the ringed seal in the northern Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort seas, in accordance with the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
