Atlantic Shark Identification Workshops and Protected Species Safe Handling, Release, and Identification Workshops Schedules

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will host free Atlantic Shark Identification Workshops and Protected Species Safe Handling, Release, and Identification Workshops in January, February, and March of 2015. These mandatory workshops are required for certain fishermen and shark dealers to meet regulatory requirements and maintain valid permits, particularly for those using specific fishing gear and holding limited access permits.
