Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review for Purified Carboxymethylcellulose from Finland
The US Department of Commerce has concluded that CP Kelco Oy has not sold Purified Carboxymethylcellulose from Finland at prices below its normal value, as part of the final results of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order.
