US Department of Commerce Suspends Countervailing Duty Investigation on Mexican Sugar
The US Department of Commerce has agreed with the Mexican government to suspend an investigation into countervailing duties on Mexican sugar, following an agreement that restricts Mexican sugar exports to the US and eliminates injurious effects on the US market.
