US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Certain Steel Nails from Malaysia Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that steel nails imported from Malaysia are being sold in the US at a price lower than their production costs, and has invited interested parties to comment on the preliminary finding, which is expected to be finalized in 135 days.
