Department of Commerce Pre-Award Notification Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a new notice replacing its previous pre-award notification requirements for grants and cooperative agreements, published in the Federal Register on December 17, 2012. The new requirements include all amendments and revisions made to date.
