US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Dutch CMC

The US Department of Commerce has confirmed that Dutch company Akzo Nobel did not sell its purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) at a lower price than its normal value during the specified period, following a review of antidumping duties.
