NMFS Seeks Comments on Authorization for Marine Mammal Take at Vashon Seismic Retrofit Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is requesting public comments on a proposal to issue an authorization to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Ferries Division (WSF) to incidentally take small numbers of marine mammals, including nine species, during the construction of the Vashon Seismic Retrofit Project in Vashon Island, Washington State, for a period of one year.
