NYSE MKT LLC Extends New Market Model Pilot Until December 31, 2014 or SEC Approval

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to extend its New Market Model Pilot until the earlier of Securities and Exchange Commission approval or December 31, 2014, allowing the pilot to continue operating beyond its initial expiration date of July 31, 2014.
