NYSE MKT LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Extend Pilot Program for Trading UTP Securities

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to extend the pilot program allowing UTP securities to be traded on the exchange until the earlier of SEC approval or December 31, 2014.
