NYSE Proposes Merger of New York Block Exchange LLC, Effective Immediately

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to merge New York Block Exchange LLC into the NYSE, with the merger taking effect upon completion and the LLC agreement of New York Block Exchange LLC being deleted.
