NYSE Arca, Inc. Filing Proposed Rule Change for iShares Silver Trust and ETFS Silver Trust

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to update the value used for the iShares Silver Trust and ETFS Silver Trust, as well as change the underlying benchmark for ProShares Ultra Silver and ProShares UltraShort Silver, effective immediately.
