NYSE Arca, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change to Update Fees and Charges for Exchange Services

NYSE Arca, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to the Securities and Exchange Commission to modify the fees and charges for its exchange services, including changes to the pricing for the Retail Liquidity Program and the qualification requirements for retail orders, as well as the elimination of obsolete pricing tiers.
