New York Stock Exchange LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Prorate Monthly DMM Credits for Certain Securities

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend its price list, which would prorate the monthly DMM credit for certain securities to the number of trading days in a month that the security is assigned to a Designated Market Maker (DMM).
