NYSE Arca, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change to Codify Complex BBO and NBBO Terms

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to codify the terms Complex Best Bid and Offer (BBO) and Complex National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) in Exchange Rule 6.1A, and to revise the definition of a PNP Plus Order in Rule 6.62(y).
