FINRA to Review Proposed Rule Change on Arbitrator Definitions

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has initiated proceedings to determine whether to approve or disapprove a proposed rule change related to revisions to the definitions of non-public and public arbitrators.
