NYSE MKT LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Allow Pre-Opening Indications and Extended Order Imbalance Information

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to enable exchange systems to publish pre-opening indications and extend the dissemination of order imbalance information when an opening is delayed.
