NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Ignore Proactive Locked Modifiers for Short Sale Orders

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend NYSE Arca Equities Rule 7.16(f)(v) to ignore proactive locked modifiers for short sale orders during a short sale period, effective immediately.
