Eaton Vance Management, et al. Seek Approval for New Investment Structure

Eaton Vance Management, along with other applicants, has submitted a request to the SEC for permission to issue shares of certain open-end management investment companies in large aggregations, allowing for secondary market transactions at the next-determined net asset value plus a market-determined premium or discount, and enabling certain affiliated persons to engage in securities transactions.
