Lattice Strategies, LLC Files Request with SEC for Changes to Open-End Management Investment Companies

Lattice Strategies, LLC and its affiliates have submitted a request to the SEC for permission to issue shares of certain open-end management investment companies that can only be redeemed in large quantities, allowing for secondary market transactions at negotiated prices rather than at net asset value. The proposed changes would also enable certain affiliated persons to deposit and receive securities in connection with the purchase and redemption of these shares.
