MSRB Proposes Rule Change to EMMA System for Municipal Asset-Backed Securities

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to add disclosures related to municipal asset-backed securities on its Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) system, which would take effect immediately.
