SEC Approves Rule Change Allowing Hedge Funds to Become Market Loan Clearing Members

The Options Clearing Corporation has received approval from the SEC to allow hedge fund managers, such as the Executive Chairman or President, to approve requests from hedge clearing members to become market loan clearing members, expanding access to capital for these firms.
