NYSE Approves Rule Change to Terminate Trust Agreement

The New York Stock Exchange has approved a proposed rule change to terminate an amended and restated trust agreement, as part of a modification to the agreement by NYSE Holdings LLC, NYSE Group, Inc., Wilmington Trust Company, and three trustees, including Jacques de Larosière de Champfeu, Alan Trager, and John Shepard Reed.
