SEC Amends Procedures for Reviewing PCAOB Inspection Reports

The Securities and Exchange Commission is updating its rules to streamline the review process for Public Company Accounting Oversight Board inspection reports and to delegate authority to the Chief Accountant in these reviews, as part of its efforts to improve oversight and enforcement of accounting standards.
