Morgan Creek Global Equity Long/Short Institutional Fund, et al. Seek Approval to Issue Multiple Classes of Shares with Varying Fees

The Morgan Creek Global Equity Long/Short Institutional Fund, along with its adviser Morgan Creek Capital Management, LLC, and distributor Town Hall Capital, LLC, have submitted a request to the regulatory body for permission to issue multiple classes of shares with different sales loads and to impose asset-based service and/or distribution fees and contingent deferred sales loads.
