EPA Approves Arkansas' Plan to Reduce Fine Particulate Matter Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved parts of Arkansas' State Implementation Plan to address Clean Air Act requirements related to fine particulate matter emissions, which must meet the 1997 and 2006 national ambient air quality standards.
