EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions from Adhesives and Sealants

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Placer, Santa Barbara, and Ventura County Air Pollution Control Districts, regulating volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from adhesives and sealants, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) as amended in 1990.
