U.S. Department of Education and Department of Health and Human Services Announce Final Priorities for Race to the Top--Early Learning Challenge Program

The Secretaries of Education and Health and Human Services have released the final priorities, requirements, definitions, and selection criteria for the Race to the Top--Early Learning Challenge program, which will guide competitions in fiscal years 2013 and later, building on the success of the first competition in 2011 and 2012.
