FRA Submits Emergency Information Collection Request to OMB for Review

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has submitted an emergency request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information from the public for a period of 180 days, with a deadline for approval by September 1, 2013.
