Notice of Revision of Standard Form 15

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is revising the Standard Form 15 (SF-15), Application for 10-Point Veteran Preference, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The revised form will remove obsolete items and update language to reflect the Veterans Opportunity to Work to Hire Heroes Act of 2011, and will be available for electronic or hard copy submission on the OPM website.
