EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for implementing the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), which requires states to submit plans for monitoring, modeling, and enforcement of the standards.
