EPA Finds New York Motor Vehicle Emission Budgets Adequate for Transportation Conformity

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that the motor vehicle emission budgets for PM 2.5 and NO X in New York's maintenance plan are sufficient for transportation conformity purposes, making them applicable to nine counties in the region.
