Agency Information Collection Activities; Comment Request; Annual Performance Report and Certification of Financial Need for the Jacob K. Javits Fellowship Program

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) is requesting public comment on an extension of an existing information collection for the Jacob K. Javits Fellowship Program, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This extension is necessary to support the annual performance report and certification of financial need for the program.
