EPA Proposes Partial Approval of Utah State Implementation Plan for Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve revisions to Utah's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for regulating Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHGs) under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) program, in line with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and EPA regulations.
