VA Adopts Final Rule on Peripheral Neuropathy and Herbicide Exposure

The US Department of Veterans Affairs has adopted a final rule to clarify and expand the terminology for presumptive service connection for peripheral neuropathy caused by exposure to certain herbicides. This change is based on a National Academy of Sciences report and follows court orders in a class action lawsuit.
