EPA Submits Renewal Request for NESHAP for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for a 30-day extension of its information collection request for NESHAP for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations, which is currently set to expire on October 31, 2013, and was previously approved through that date.
