EPA Approves Connecticut's NOX Emission Trading Orders as Part of State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Connecticut's State Implementation Plan, allowing facilities to use emission credits to meet the state's nitrogen oxide emission limits, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
