ACF Awards $1.25 Million Cooperative Agreement to American Public Human Services Association for ICPC Electronic System Development

The Administration for Children and Families has awarded a $1.25 million cooperative agreement to the American Public Human Services Association for its affiliate, the Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, to develop and implement an electronic system to improve administrative efficiency in the interstate ICPC process, ensuring safe and suitable placements for children in foster care.
