PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Termination of Single-Employer Plans Information Collection

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its request to extend approval of a collection of information related to the termination of single-employer plans and missing participants, with the goal of modifying the current approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
