EPA Proposes Approval of Texas State Implementation Plan Revisions for 1997 8-Hour Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan, which aim to reduce ozone precursors and demonstrate further progress in reducing emissions, in compliance with the Clean Air Act and the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard.
