Removal of Standards of Ethical Conduct Regulations

The Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) is set to terminate its operations on September 30, 2013, rendering the supplemental regulation unnecessary, as there will be no SIGIR employees subject to the rule after its closure.
