Federal Maritime Commission Requests Extension of Ocean Common Carrier Collection Requirements

The Federal Maritime Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for an extension of existing collection requirements for ocean common carrier and marine terminal operator agreements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
