Silvanus, LLC to Receive Partially Exclusive Patent License from Department of the Navy

The Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Silvanus, LLC a partially exclusive license to practice the Government-owned invention described in U.S. Patent 8,408,460, which was issued on April 2, 2013.
