EPA Deletes Koppers Co., Inc. (Florence Plant) Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 has removed the Koppers Co., Inc. (Florence Plant) Superfund Site in Florence, South Carolina, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following a determination that no further response activities under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980 are necessary.
