Federal Agency Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Ethics Form

The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is requesting public comment on a proposed modified version of its Ethics in Government Act access form, OGE Form 201, which is used for accessing executive branch public financial disclosure reports and other covered records, ahead of its submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a three-year extension under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
