U.S. Navy Publishes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Military Readiness Activities in Mariana Islands

The U.S. Department of the Navy has released a draft environmental impact statement for military readiness training and research activities in the Mariana Islands, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and other federal regulations.
