U.S. Secretary Waives Regulations to Extend Project Period for Technical Assistance Coordination Center

The U.S. Secretary has waived federal regulations to allow the Technical Assistance Coordination Center to receive funding from October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2014, enabling it to extend its project period beyond the standard five-year limit.
