EPA Approves Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Philadelphia-Wilmington Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a supplement to its proposed approval of Delaware's state implementation plan, which demonstrates the state's attainment of the 1997 annual fine particulate matter standard in the Philadelphia-Wilmington, Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Delaware nonattainment area.
